Deathwatch Terminator Captain Conversion by Waaaghzag Deathwatch Terminator Captain Conversion by Waaaghzag
I got the idea for this from the Ultramarines novels by Graham McNeill. Captain Uriel Ventris served in the Deathwatch before taking command of the Ultramarines 4th Company - I thought it would be fitting that his would be sucessor Veteran Sergeant Passanius Lysan would do the same before taking command following Captain Ventris' death. Also I just like the Deathwatch so started conversions for a whole squad :P

Construction, conversion and painting by Richard John Thomas (Waaaghzag, RJT).

Thanks :D There's one on the sprue in every standard Terminator kit. This conversion was a mash up of the Terminator, Assault Terminator and Assault on Black Reach kits. :)(Although the parchment on his back might've been from my bits box; likely the Devestaters kit)

If you haven't already checked there's pictures from the other angles in the same folder in my gallery on the second page and there's more standard Deathwatch conversions on the first. :) If you have any more questions about any of them and how I made them then fire away ;)

I'm sure you could do it! Other than where I wrote that I used Green Stuff all the parts are GW, and my painting is very basic. Give it a try, it would be good to see some in your gallery ;)

Thanks a lot for the nice comments as well, means a lot :D
